To demonstrate the expertise of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we utilized patient testimonials to showcase their experience and their strength in various specialities. We utilized a mini-site to expand their stories beyond the their tv and print advertisements. It allowed future patients to interact fully with patient stories. Users could dig deeper into individual stories, and get both the patient and doctor’s perspective. The campaign was so successful they had to pull the advertisements because they could no longer meet the demand for appointments.
